Variations in grain, color, veining, and texture are inherent characteristics of these materials and are celebrated as a mark of their unique beauty. These variations are not considered defects.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

  • Final Sale: All products on this Site are custom-configured and produced-to-order. Therefore, all sales are final, non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable, as detailed in our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Order Acceptance: Your placement of an order is an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. An order is not considered accepted until we send you a formal Order Confirmation.
  • Pricing and Errors: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include taxes or shipping charges, which will be added to your total. While we strive for accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel any orders arising from such occurrences, even after an order has been submitted.

All delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The risk of loss and title for all items pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the shipping carrier. ANY WARRANTY ON A PRODUCT IS PROVIDED SOLELY BY THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER, ANTONIO LUPI DESIGN S.P.A. WE PROVIDE NO SEPARATE OR ADDITIONAL WARRANTY.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LUCA LANZETTA LLC, OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED THROUGH THE SITE. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

  • Class Action Waiver: YOU AND LUCA LANZETTA LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
